Many of our properties for sale or trade will be elegible for 1 year of real estate taxes and homeowner or rental dwelling insurance polices paid for by seller.

This and the ability to do 1031 exchanges are a welcome sight for homeowners as well as investors.

We welcome your realtor if you have one and if they list their property or your property on this site, a small setup fee will be charged. Also an administrative fee will be charged and agreed to. This latter fee is only paid upon a sale or trade.

Individuals can also list their property on this site upon acceptance by administrator, fee paid, and agreement properly signed.
